CME Analysis Information (for CME activity ID: 2023-02-24T20:36:00-CME-001)
Catalog: M2M_CATALOG
Data Level: 0 (0=real-time, 1=real-time and checked by supervising forecaster, 2=retrospective science level data analysis)
Use as primary measurement: false
Measurement Technique: SWPC_CAT
Detecting Instruments:
STEREO A: SECCHI/COR2
Image Type: running difference
Speed (km/s): 1441.0
Speed measured at height (Rs): 13.0
Type: O
Direction (LON/LAT in HEEQ): 20.0/ 24.0
Half Angular Width (degree): 39.0
Minor Half-width (degree): None Entered
Tilt (degree): None Entered
Time@21.5: 2023-02-24T23:01Z
Info/Session URL: None Entered
Note:
This is a very preliminary measurement with only 4 frames in STEREO A using SWPC_Cat. The CME leading edge is better visible in the last few frames so the shock is not accounted here for. The particles are getting elevated in all instruments, SOHO, STA and GOES. There is a big EUV wave seen towards Earth in SDO images (171/193). The CME needs to be remeasured when SOHO C3 images come in.
